Wine of the Week AU

Marchand & Burch Mount Barrow Pinot Noir 2017, Porongurup, AUD $60

Made by the Howard Park team led by Janice McDonald, this wine has been refined over the years and is less oaky nowadays. The 2017 is a bright, fresh young wine with sweet perfumes of cherry and spice. It’s medium-bodied with a fine, silky tannin profile. Oak happily stays in the background. Lovely drink. (Screwcap)
