Craggy Range’s highly respected winemaker, Matt Stafford, has resigned “to pursue his interests and opportunities beyond the wine industry in the broader primary sector.”

Matt is an inspiring, experienced and charismatic winemaker who has made a great contribution to the development of Craggy Range’s wine styles.

Matt has been with Craggy Range for 13 years including seven years as chief winemaker. Matt has not set a departure date and will be working with Craggy Range Wine Consultant, Kym Milne MW, to find a successor.

Matt is an inspiring, experienced and charismatic winemaker who has made a great contribution to the development of Craggy Range’s wine styles. He has been a tireless and effective promotor of Craggy Range and its wines. Matt’s departure will be a serious loss to the wine industry.
