Wine of the Week NZ

Ata Rangi McCrone Vineyard Pinot Noir 2014, Martinborough, NZD $80

The sixth release from Ata Rangi’s McCrone Vineyard. Quite a dense, savoury pinot noir with cherry, berry, dried herb, stemmy, floral, violet, mixed spice and anise flavours. It makes a bold statement. A firmly-structured wine with obvious cellaring potential. (Screwcap)
