Wine of the Week AU

Seppeltsfield Shiraz 2016, Barossa Valley, AUD $25

The new-look Seppeltsfield wines are outstanding and remarkably well priced. The colour is deep, dark and youthful; the bouquet features dried herbs, spices and dark fruits laced with licorice. It finishes with tea-like tannins and is ripe and decadently rich, full-bodied and long on the finish. Impressive stuff. (Screwcap)
