Sparkling Seafood Sundays at Moores Hill

Barbequed seafood paired with Tassie bubbly? Sounds perfect to me.

Moores Hill winery is showcasing delicious local seafood alongside their wines at a monthly event called Sparking Seafood Sundays.

These will be held between 10–3pm on the fourth Sunday of every month until April 2018.

Charlotte Brown & Don Monk of the Vineyard Seafood Restaurant will be there with their food van and mobile wood-fired oven, with an a la carte offering of local delights such as baked salmon, grilled octopus, crayfish and scallops. The specific menu will vary with seasonal availability.

Non-seafood lovers will also be catered for, and there will be cheese platters and sweet treats to complete the meal.

Moores Hill and Native Point sparkling wine will be on offer, as well as the range of Moores Hill wines.

Dates for the upcoming 2018 events are January 28, February 25, March 25 and April 29.

The winery is located at 3343 West Tamar Highway, Sidmouth, a short half an hour’s drive from Launceston.
