A blend of 61% pinot noir and 39% chardonnay with 26 months “en tirage”. Dry sparkling wine, with subtle tree fruit and citrus fruit characters that are dominated by a deliciously bready, brioche-like yeast autolysis character. An ethereal texture adds further appeal. Very impressive. (Cork)
