Great graciano

Woods Crampton Graciano 2015, Barossa Valley, AUD $28

A minerally nose introduces a fleshy, deeply coloured palate with raspberries, rhubarb and mulberries enhanced by lively, bright acidity. The tannins are measured and gravelly. Subtle herbal nuances on the palate add interest and intrigue. The wine’s perfume grows with time in the glass so a vigorous decant is recommended. A well-balanced wine with succulent, vibrant fruit flavours and a touch of herbs and spice. (Screwcap)
