Wine of the Week AU

Phaedrus Pinot Noir 2016, Mornington Peninsula, AUD $26

Alluring red fruit aromas, primarily of strawberries and red cherries. The palate is plush, open and generous with ripe, juicy-fruit and a pleasant faint undercurrent of thyme and bay. The tannins are incredibly soft and balanced. This easy-to-enjoy, beautifully crafted wine will have wide appeal. Well-priced and highly recommended. (Screwcap)
