Wine of the Week NZ
Man O’War Ironclad 2013, Waiheke Island, NZD $45
A blend of cabernet franc, merlot, petit verdot, malbec and cabernet sauvignon. Man O’War’s flagship blended red from a top vintage predictably delivers a rich and complex wine that’s a medley of many berry, spice and dried herb flavours. Sweet fruit gives the wine drinkability and depth. A very stylish red. (Screwcap)
