    Dear Bob – this has been one of my favourites for years. Glad to see you also like it. However I am unsure whether the fries need be hand-cut to match it best. I understand some kitchen workers are now being asked to use their feet in order to double productivity, so I would hate your comment to be take as discriminatory. 🙂
