Richness and reserve

Tomboy Hill Clementine’s Picking Chardonnay 2015, Ballarat, AUD $50

This is a thoroughly modern chardonnay, with layers of flavour and complexity. The palate has attractive mealy nuances, plus both richness and reserve, slowly unveiling and revealing the different levels. I adore the bright lemon curd and fresh apple flavours. Beautifully made, flavoursome and highly satisfying. (Screw cap)
