Wine of the Week AU

Arras Brut Rosé 2006, Tasmania, AUD $83

The colour is a very pale salmon-pink tending to onion skin and the wine shows wonderful maturity, its bouquet savoury, complex and nutty with a touch of charcuterie. It’s super-fine and youthful, taut and delicate, with great balance. Long and seamless, finishing dry. An outstanding sparkling rosé. (Cork)
