Wine Of The Week AU

Rogers & Rufus Grenache of the Barossa Rosé 2016, AUD $22.50

The colour is pale salmon-pink and it has a spice and charcuterie-like bouquet in a savoury rather than fruity style. There could be a trace of barrel ferment and the palate is very delicate, very fine and properly dry. It’s very subtle in the Provençal style, and eminently quaffable. (Screwcap)
