Pask’s Hawke’s Bay winery for sale
Pask’s 58-hectares of Gimblett Gravels vineyards, 800-tonne capacity winery, brands and business assets are for sale either as a going concern or as individual assets, according to commercial real estate brokers, Colliers International.
Pask (tastings) planted the first vineyard in the Gimblett Gravels in 1981. The 800-hectare land area of the Gimblett Gravels is now effectively fully planted which could fuel extra interest in the sale. Pask’s four vineyards are planted mainly with red grape varieties. Merlot, cabernet sauvignon, malbec, syrah and cabernet franc make up about 75% of the planted area, with the balance in white varieties.
