My style of rosé, with a light salmon-pink hue and a smoky, spicy, charcuterie-like, pinot-driven bouquet. Traces of roasting pan and a hint of barrel. It’s fine and dry in the mouth, clean and beautifully poised. Made from pinot noir, mourvedre and grenache. (13 per cent alcohol; screw cap.)
