Risky Business Prosecco, King Valley NV, $25
I’m not usually a big fan of prosecco, finding most of them sweet, simple and boring, but this is clean and fresh, with some depth of flavour. There are nutty, creamy, nougat-like aromas and a clean, refreshing palate and finish. (10.5 per cent alcohol; crown seal.)
