This is a slightly austere, high-acid riesling which has a slaty, straw, toasty savoury bouquet and a chalky, faintly floral taste. Its texture if highly refined. A tight riesling built to age, but you could enjoy it now with fish. Now to 10 years. 12 per cent alcohol. 95/100 – Huon’s Wine 360
