Best Rosé

Paul Jaboulet Ainé Parallèle 45 Côtes-du-Rhône Rosé 2012 $24

There’s a red, white and rosé under this label and all are good value. This has a full salmon-pink hue and fresh spicy aromas, the palate medium-bodied with more weight and gravitas than most Provence rosés. The finish is soft, lingering and textural, and almost bone-dry. Best drunk young. 13 per cent alcohol. 89/100 – Huon’s Wine 360
