This is line-ball with By Farr for the honour of Australia‚Äôs best viognier. The colour is light-mid yellow; the aromas recall spices and apricot with nutty barrel fermentation nuances, while the taste is rich and full and yet refined, and enlivened by fresh, frisky acidity. The palate has great length and drive. Best within four or five years. 13 per cent alcohol. 94/100 (Huon’s Wine 360)
