Added seasoning at Salter’s Kitchen
Treasury Wine Estates intends to take the Saltram Winery restaurant, Salter’s Kitchen, to a higher level, with the introduction of the former Penfolds Magill Estate restaurant chef, Scott Liddell. The bistro-style fare, which features pizza from a wood-fired oven, will be complemented by a more up-market menu and the food will emphasise local produce. It’s open for lunch every day and dinner on Fridays and Saturdays. Saltram is also a popular wedding venue, hosting more than 50 weddings a year.
